ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE PRODUCT - the product gets 5 start...

Capital Medical Supply does not. Zero stars for CMS.
I have been prescribed by my doctor to use OPTIFAST 900 due to my malnutrition and malabsorption issues.
Since I started with this company years ago, prices have skyrocketed from $56.00 a box to over $99.00 in just under 4 years.

I only ever receive a promotional email days after placing an order (which covers 6 weeks of product) and the promotion always expires before I get a chance to use it (less than 48 hrs), which feels like an insult.

You would think the company would be kinder to repeat customers.
Instead, leaving customers feeling taken advantage of... scammed, especially people who need the medical assistance.
I won't be back and do not recommend.

I think you are charging a gouging price for this product. Many people may be able to pay closer to the $35-50 range. It could help people achieve better health. It's a wonderful product but your pricing is through the roof.
